MMA fighting

Right now I'm off to my first MMA class. Hope it goes well and I hope I'm in shape and I hope I have fun. I haven't learned anything in a long time and I'm excited to learn something new. I don't care if it's standup or groundwork at least it's still something new and I'm learning. I will say this to the day I die if I'm not learning I'm not growing and if I'm not growing I'm dying.
