Wow it's another beautiful day out. I am on lunch now and I am going to review some of Mares self-defense techniques. I am also going to be going over the program for the streetwise women's self-defense course. This is going to happen next week and I am kind of excited about it. We have never really done this before so this is going to be a pilot program. If all goes well then we will probably start doing them monthly. We have had an overwhelming response in light of the recent tragedy in Sarnia. Tonight I have classes and Sarnia. I'll be teaching in Sarnia and I'm looking forward to meeting some new students that we just got.
